Step by step recipe
Prepare dough for Vegan pancakes without eggs or milk. Sift flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder and salt into a large bowl with a fine sieve. Add the sugar and stir to combine.
Pour the vegetable milk into a small bowl. Add the vanilla extract and drinking water. Stir with a spoon until the mixture is smooth.
Combine the liquid and dry pancake batter mixture. To do this, slowly, in a thin stream, pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture, stirring constantly with a fork or large whisk. If small lumps remain, let them be.
Pour in the vegetable oil. Stir again with a whisk. Allow the dough to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, so that the flour develops gluten and the pancakes will not fall apart when baked.
Heat a thick-bottomed frying pan (preferably a cast-iron one) and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour batter in small portions onto the pan and brown the pancakes on both sides.
Place the finished pancakes on a plate and keep in a warm place. Melt the honey in the microwave. Wash and dry the berries. Serve ready Vegan pancakes with berries and drizzle with honey.
