Vegan Pancakes Without Eggs And Milk

Ingredients:

  • flour – 320g
  • ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp.
  • baking powder – 3,5 tsp.
  • salt – the tip of a knife
  • fine sugar – 2-3 tsp.
  • vegetable milk – 500 ml
  • vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp.
  • drinking water – 2-3 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp + a little more to grease the pan
  • berries – to taste
  • honey – to taste

Step by step recipe

Step 1.

Prepare dough for Vegan pancakes without eggs or milk. Sift flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder and salt into a large bowl with a fine sieve. Add the sugar and stir to combine.

Step 2.

Pour the vegetable milk into a small bowl. Add the vanilla extract and drinking water. Stir with a spoon until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3

Combine the liquid and dry pancake batter mixture. To do this, slowly, in a thin stream, pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture, stirring constantly with a fork or large whisk. If small lumps remain, let them be.

Step 4.

Pour in the vegetable oil. Stir again with a whisk. Allow the dough to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, so that the flour develops gluten and the pancakes will not fall apart when baked.
