Cinnamon Pancakes: Recipe for the Most Delicious Breakfast

Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 250 g

Milk – 650 ml

Eggs – 2 pcs.

Soda – a pinch

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

Sunflower oil – 1 tablespoon

Butter – 1 tablespoon

For filling:

Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp

Sugar – 1 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. In a deep bowl, combine 1/3 of the milk, eggs, sugar and salt to taste. Using a whisk, beat the mixture until smooth, then add flour.
  1. Topping up the remaining milk, knead the dough. Finally add baking soda and mix thoroughly.
  1. Bake thin pancakes in hot sunflower oil.
  1. Mix the cinnamon and sugar for the filling. Sprinkle the prepared mixture on one side of the pancakes, then carefully wrap them in an envelope.
