The case when you don’t have to regret a minute about the calories you eat
Wheat flour – 250 g
Milk – 650 ml
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Soda – a pinch
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Sunflower oil – 1 tablespoon
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
- In a deep bowl, combine 1/3 of the milk, eggs, sugar and salt to taste. Using a whisk, beat the mixture until smooth, then add flour.
- Topping up the remaining milk, knead the dough. Finally add baking soda and mix thoroughly.
- Bake thin pancakes in hot sunflower oil.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar for the filling. Sprinkle the prepared mixture on one side of the pancakes, then carefully wrap them in an envelope.
