Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- Watermelon pulp – 130 g
- Raspberry puree – 20 g
- Watermelon syrup or just sugar – 20 g
- Fresh lemon – 15 g
- Aperol – 50 ml
- Prosecco – 50 ml
Cooking method:
- Peel and peel the watermelon and beat in a blender until smooth.
- Combine the crushed watermelon pulp with the rest of the ingredients.

- Fresh raspberries – 20 pcs.
- Watermelon or sugar syrup – 20 g
- Vodka – 50 ml
- Orange liqueur -30 ml
- Lemon fresh – 20 ml
Cooking method:
- Peel the watermelon and whisk in a blender until smooth.
- Combine the crushed watermelon pulp with the rest of the ingredients.
- Strain the resulting mass through a strainer into a cocktail glass, garnish with fresh watermelon.
LEMONADE WITH WATERMELON AND RASPBERRY
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- Watermelon – 250 g
- Raspberries – 30 pcs.
- Lemon fresh – 30 ml
- Raspberry syrup – 30 ml
- Soda – 100 ml
Cooking method:
- Peel the watermelon and whisk in a blender until smooth.
- Combine the crushed watermelon pulp with the rest of the ingredients besides the soda.
- Strain the resulting mass through a strainer into a tall glass with ice, add soda, garnish with fresh watermelon.
