This light and nutritious dish will brighten up your summer party. The salad is very appetizing, aesthetic and, most importantly, healthy. For cooking, chicken breast is usually boiled, but you can fry it directly on the grill.
Ingredients for the salad:
chicken breast – 150 g
ginger – a small piece
large cucumbers – 2 pcs.
salt to taste
sesame seeds – 1 tbsp.
fresh chili – 1 pc.
cilantro – 1-2 branches
green onions – 2 feathers
parsley – 1-2 branches
garlic – 2 cloves
Ingredients for the sauce:
sesame oil – 1 tbsp
soy sauce – 1 tbsp
balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp
liquid honey – 1 tsp.
Cooking method:
Rinse the chicken breast, place it in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
Cut the ginger into thin slices.
As soon as the broth boils, remove the froth, salt and add the ginger to the water. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey. The savory dressing is ready.
Cut the cucumber into strips, pass the garlic through a press, chop the herbs, cut the chili into thin rings.
Combine chopped chicken breast, cucumber, herbs, garlic and chili. Pour in the dressing and mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad and invite family members to the table.
