All you need to make the treats is a blender and some free time. To satisfy the tastes of the most sophisticated, we asked a chef to share a recipe for a classic strawberry ice cream for vegans without cream and milk, a tart lime dessert for those who like to experiment and an incredible coffee recipe that will both invigorate and refresh on a hot summer day.



  • Frozen sliced ​​bananas – 4 pcs.
  • Cold strawberries – 500 g
  • Vanilla – 1 pod
  • Tonka beans – 1 pc.
  • White chocolate and berries for decoration

Cooking method:

1. Cut the vanilla pod in half, remove the seeds and pulp.

2. Grind the berries in a blender, add vanilla, a little grated tonka bean and bananas, mix until smooth.

3. Chill the finished ice cream in the refrigerator, then transfer to a pastry bag and place in transparent glasses. Garnish with grated white chocolate and berries.



  • Soft cottage cheese or thick yogurt – 250 g
  • Honey – 4 tablespoons
  • Whipped cream – 400 g
  • Lime zest

Cooking method:

1. Mix cottage cheese or yogurt with honey and lime zest. Add whipped cream and stir gently.

2. Place the mixture in the freezer, stirring occasionally with a whisk.
