Pasta Salad With Chicken And Celery

This salad can be served with a mixture of olives and olive and pickled cucumbers.


200g medium pasta (fusilli or farfalle)

2 filets of smoked chicken breast or carpaccio

8 celery stalks

1 red pepper

1 small red onion

3 tbsp. capers

120g mayonnaise

salt, freshly ground black pepper

herbs for decoration

Step by step recipe

Step 1

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, strain in a colander, rinse with cold, filtered water and cool.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast and pepper into medium cubes. Finely dice the onion. Slice the celeriac into thin slices.

Step 3

In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients, drizzle with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Serve at once and garnish with the greens, or leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator under cling film.
