Summer No-Bake Avocado Cheesecake Recipe

A quick and easy recipe that will not affect your figure in any way


Wholemeal cookies – 200 g

Coconut oil – 250 g

Avocado – 6 pcs.

Cream cheese – 200 g

Lime juice – 150 ml

Honey – 175 g

Agar-agar – 1 sachet

Cooking method:

  1. Crush the cookies and melt the coconut oil. Mix 100 g of ghee with biscuit crumbs. Place in a cooked pan and flatten on top.
  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and carefully separate the flesh from the skin. Squeeze lime juice and mix with avocado puree. Add cream cheese, honey and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  1. Boil some water and add agar agar. Simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool. Add the avocado mixture and the remaining coconut oil. Pour the finished mixture into a mold over biscuit crumbs and let it brew in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
