Ingredients
300g of noodles (wheat or rice)
500g turkey breast filet
4 Peking cabbage leaves
2 carrots
4-5 stalks of green onions
1 bunch of coriander
1/4 cup peanuts
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
For the sauce:
1/4 cup peanut butter (paste)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons honey
2 cc ginger root
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. dark sesame oil
1 tsp. hot sauce, such as sriracha, if desired
Step by step recipe

Prepare the sauce. Grate the ginger on a fine grater, chop or squeeze the garlic. In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
Slice the turkey breast filets into 1 cm thick slices. Then cut into cubes.

Peel carrots and slice into thin straws. Slice the Peking cabbage. Slice green onions diagonally into 2-3 cm long pieces.

4 Boil the noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions. Rinse in a colander.
Step 5.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey and fry, stirring frequently, until golden, 4-5 minutes.

Add Peking cabbage, carrots and green onions, cook together for 2 minutes.
Step 7.
Place noodles and peanut sauce in a skillet, stir well and fry for 2-3 mins.
Step 8
Coarsely chop the peanuts and coriander leaves and sprinkle over the dish. Serve at the table.
