Ingredients
For the base:
100g muesli
200 ml of almond milk
2 bananas
For serving:
Fresh mint for serving
For the topping:
60g grated dark chocolate
50g granola bars
1 banana
1 mango
70 g frozen blueberries
20g coconut shavings
Step by step recipe
Step 1.
Pre-thaw the blueberries at room temperature.
Step 2.
Pour the muesli into the bowl of a blender, pour in the almond milk, and whisk until smooth.
Step 3.
Peel the bananas, cut into pieces, put them in the blender bowl and whisk again. Pour the mixture into bowls.
Step 4
For the topping, peel the banana and mango, cut the banana into circles and the mango into slices. Place coconut, blueberries, mango, banana, granola and grated chocolate on the base in strips. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
Useful tip
Muesli with berries and fruit can be served in coconut shell halves.
To crack the coconut, you’ll need a screwdriver and hammer. Use the screwdriver to make holes in the recesses in the top of the nut, drain the milk. Use the hammer to tap on the shell, gently turning the nut and apply pressure – it will split easily.
