Italian Chocolate Chip Cookies With Nuts

These cookies can be made with any nuts you like. You can also make them with sesame seeds, like the one I have in the picture.


125g butter

100g brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 egg

180 grams of flour

1 tsp. baking powder

50-100 g nuts or sesame seeds

40 g cocoa

100 grated dark chocolate

pinch of salt

Step by step recipe

Step 1

Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla in a mixer. Add the egg, then the flour sifted with the baking powder and beat again.

Step 2.

Add the finely chopped nuts, cocoa and chocolate. Turn on the mixer for a few seconds to mix everything quickly. Put the batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 3.

Roll the balls and place them on a baking tray. There should be about 2 cm distance between the balls. Bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool on a baking tray.
