Ingredients:
Strawberries – 700 g
For the cream:
Cremetto curd cheese – 130 g
Cream 33% fat – 120 g
Powdered sugar – 60 g
For shortcrust pastry:
Butter – 100 g
Powdered sugar – 80 g
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Flour – 150 g
Salt – 1 g
Cooking method:
- For the dough: take butter at room temperature and mix the rest of the ingredients onto the dough. We spread it in a round shape. We bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
- For the cream: whisk the cream, add the curd cheese and powdered sugar.
- We spread the resulting mass on the cooled cake.
- Put the strawberries cut in half on top.
