Ingredients
1 tortilla
80g tinned tuna
50g of fried mushrooms
1 triangle of Cream Cheese
1 slice Cream Cheese
2-3 sprigs of herbs (coriander, parsley, basil)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step 1
Tuna and cheese tortilla
Make a cut in the tortilla from the centre to the edge. Finely chop the greens.
Step 2
Tuna and Cheese tortilla
Divide the tortilla into 4 sectors and arrange the filling. Put the tuna on one section, spread the next sector with a triangle of melted cheese and sprinkle with the herbs. Then place the fried mushrooms and on the last quarter a slice of cheese.

Tuna and cheese tortilla
Roll up the tortilla to form a triangle.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the tortilla on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.
