Steamed Broccoli With Smoked Salmon

The soy sauce and sesame oil make for an Asian-style dish. And you can serve broccoli with smoked salmon both as a salad and as a hot dish.


600g broccoli

200g of hot smoked salmon filets

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil

1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

1 tsp. honey

2 tbsp. flax seeds

Step by step recipe

Step 1

Cut the broccoli into florets and dice the core into 1 cm cubes. Steam for 3-5 minutes: it should be soft but still crunchy.

Step 2

Cut the salmon flesh into small segments and mix with the broccoli.

Step 3

Mix soya sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and honey. Season the broccoli with this mixture, arrange in bowls and sprinkle over the flax seeds.
