Bagel with Roast Beef

Cut it lengthwise and place the filling between the halves. We decided to stick with roast beef. It is prepared from a whole piece of beef in such a way that the outside of the meat is covered with a thin golden crust, and the inside remains soft pink and juicy. Ingredients for roast beef:

beef pulp – 500 g

coarse salt to taste

black pepper – 1 tsp

vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:

Rub a piece of meat with pepper and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
