Ingredients:
1 small pumpkin (about 1 kg)
2 teaspoons olive oil (or other vegetable oil)
½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
⅓ cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan (or other hard cheese)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. a spoonful of finely chopped parsley
¼ cups fresh thyme leaves, salt and pepper
Utensils:

Cooking time: ~ 15 minutes cooking + 30 minutes in the oven = 45 minutes

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Cut the pumpkin in half, peel, then skin and cut into small pieces (as shown).
- Sprinkle the pumpkin slices with olive oil, add the nutmeg and stir. Then place the pumpkin slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a food processor or in a separate bowl, stir well the crackers, cheese, garlic, herbs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle this mixture over the pumpkin slices. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
