Caprese with tomatoes and mozzarella is a classic Italian appetizer. It is so easy to prepare that even a child can easily handle it. You just need to mix all the products – you don’t even have to cut anything! Sometimes this dish is complemented with pesto sauce, shrimp, avocado and olives.
- cherry tomatoes – 200 g
- mozzarella balls – 100-120 g
- basil leaves to taste
- olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
- Rinse the tomatoes and place them on a plate.
- Place the mozzarella balls on top.
- Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with good olive oil.
