Ingredients (for 6 servings):
Soft cottage cheese or thick yogurt – 250 g
Honey – 4 tablespoons
Whipped cream – 400 g
Cooking method:
1. Mix cottage cheese or yogurt with honey and lime zest. Add whipped cream and stir gently.
2. Place the mixture in the freezer, stirring occasionally with a whisk.
3. Arrange the finished ice cream in portions and garnish, if desired, with lime zest, berries or nuts.
