Lemon spritz with rosemary


Brown sugar – 45 g

Fresh rosemary – 3 sprigs

Lemon – 5 pcs.

Orange – 2 pcs.

“Sprite” – 1 l.

 Cooking method:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, 150 ml water and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for another 1-2 minutes, until sugar dissolves. Remove the finished drink from the heat, let it cool and remove the rosemary.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine lemon and orange juice with cooked sugar syrup.
  3. Distribute in ice-filled glasses and fill with Sprite.
  4. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and lemon wedges.
