Breakfast Smoothie

A smoothie is a thick drink made from vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients that you can eat with a spoon. If you add a banana to a smoothie, it immediately turns into a hearty dish that you can hold out on until lunchtime.

Banana is called the fun fruit because it contains the amino acid tryptophan, which is involved in the synthesis of serotonin, the hormone of joy and happiness. These fragrant and soft fruits are the best antidepressant! Let’s make a lean banana smoothie to start the day off with a generous dose of positive.

For a banana smoothie you need:

1 banana

a handful of almond kernels

1 tbsp. l. oatmeal

200-250 ml nut, coconut or soy milk

You can make nut milk yourself by soaking any nuts, sunflower or sesame seeds for 6 hours. After that, drain the water, wash the nuts or seeds, mix them with water in a 1: 3 ratio and grind in a powerful blender until they are liquid. Strain the milk and use it in desserts, lean smoothies, and cereals.

Peel the banana and toss it into the blender bowl along with the almonds and rolled oats, then pour in the nut milk. Whisk until smooth, pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy the freshness of the morning.

Banana smoothies can be made with any fruit and berries you like!
