1 bunch of parsley

Soak peas for 6 hours, drain, rinse in a colander and mix with chopped onions. Whisk in a blender until smooth, mix with finely chopped herbs, salt and black pepper. From the resulting “dough” mold sausages, it will not be difficult for you, since it turns out to be plastic and does not stick to your hands.
