This salad just needs some black bread with seeds and dried fruit.
Ingredients
200g mini mozzarella
150g mascarpone
100g blue cheese
12 figs
100g young spinach leaves
50 g walnuts or hazelnuts
3 tbsp. balsamic cream
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt, freshly ground black pepper
Step by step recipe
Step 1
Dry the mini mozzarella. Break the blue cheese into bite-sized pieces. Chop the nuts quite finely and place on a parchment sheet. Moisten a teaspoonful of mascarpone in the boiling water, take a little mascarpone, spread it on the nuts and coat all sides (any shape).
Step 2
Cut the figs into quarters. Place the spinach leaves on plates. Place the figs on top of the spinach.
Step 3
Place all three types of cheese next to the figs. Drizzle the salad with the balsamic cream and olive oil, then season with pepper. Serve immediately.
