Grilled Spicy Pineapples

To make a delicious and unusual dessert for the whole family, it is not at all necessary to spend the whole day in the kitchen. Don’t believe me? Try fried pineapple! You only need 20 minutes to do this. And rest assured – all your loved ones will be delighted with the exotic delicacy. Grilled pineapple can also be served as an appetizer to steaks or sausages, adding chili flakes or paprika during frying.

Ingredients:

fresh pineapple – 1 pc.

brown sugar – 15 g

cinnamon – 5 g

sunflower oil – 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

Cut off the green top of the pineapple, then peel it completely.

Slice the fruit into one centimeter thick rings and remove the tough core in each.

Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on pineapple.

Leave the rings to soak for 5-10 minutes.

Drizzle over a preheated grill pan. Make sure not to have too much of it.

Fruit rings should be fried for one minute on each side until characteristic tan marks appear. Dessert can be served either as an independent dish or as an addition to ice cream.
