Ingredients
180 gr oat flour
130g wheat flour
2 bananas
1 egg
60g butter
20 ml vanilla extract
Step by step recipe
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C
Step 2
Sift the flour and knead in the butter.
Step 3.
In a separate bowl, mix the bananas, egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 4
Combine the flour mixture and banana mixture. Stir to combine. Wrap the ready dough in clingfilm and place in the fridge for an hour.
Step 5.
Roll out the dough, shape and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190°C. Brush the biscuits with egg if you want them to be ruddy.
