Grilled Vegetable Platter

Ingredients:

bell pepper – 2 pcs.

medium zucchini – 1 pc.

eggplant – 1 pc.

fresh thyme – 1 sprig

olive oil – 10 ml

wine vinegar – 5 ml

garlic – 2 cloves

onion – ½ head

Cooking method:

Rinse the vegetables in running water. Peel the seeds from the pepper, cut into slices, the onion into rings up to one centimeter wide. Zucchini and eggplant – slices.

Heat the frying pan, lightly grease with oil and add all the cooked ingredients. Remember to turn them over periodically to get an even crust.

Fry for five minutes on each side.

Finally, make a delicious dressing for the ready-made dish: chop the garlic, parsley and dill, mix it all with wine vinegar and oil. Pour vegetables with the resulting sauce before serving.
