Elegant serving of calamari salad in glasses takes it to the next level. Such a dish can also be served for a holiday, just scald the onions with boiling water beforehand or choose the sweetest red onions. It can even be quickly fried with a drop of vegetable oil until golden.
1 red onion
1 tbsp. grape vinegar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pinch of sugar
2 green apples
200 ml of natural yogurt
1 tsp. granulated mustard
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Slice onions thinly, place in a mixture of vinegar, oil and sugar for 1 h.

Rinse calamari and drop for 4 minutes in boiling water. Cool and cut into thin julienne strips.

Cut the apple into small cubes. Remove the grains from the pomegranate. Mix yogurt, mustard, soy sauce and lemon juice. Season with salt. Combine apples, onions, calamari, half the pomegranate seeds and dressing in a bowl; mix gently. Place the salad in martini glasses and sprinkle the remaining pomegranate seeds on top.
